Description:

ROCOR GTE was specially developed by Rochem Technical Services to prevent and control the damaging build-up of scale and corrosion in Gas Turbine Fresh Water Cooling Systems.

ROCOR GTE is a liquid chemical containing combined dispersant and corrosion inhibitors formulated entirely from safe mineral and organic compound.

Application

Since ROCOR GTE is formulated only form safe mineral, organic and inorganic compounds the use of other types of inhibitor which contain undesirable elements of Sodium, Potassium or toxic Chromates can be completely avoided while at the same time maintaining excellent protection against scale and corrosion.

ROCOR GTE is best fed into the cooling water circuit by a proportional dosing system to maintain a 3.5 to 7.0 ppm residual in the circuit. Alternatively, feed ROCOR GTE directly into the cooling system

CONTROL METHOD

Adjust dosage level of ROCOR GTE to maintain a residual value of 3.5 to 7.0 ppm by Zinc determination method using a standard colorimetric test. pH value should be maintained at 6.5 to 7.0.
